CRISTINA Managing Director
Cristina has over 10 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. Her passion for planning has ensured long lasting client relationships and hundreds of successful events. Graduating in International Hospitality Management at Oxford Brookes University and holding a degree in Hospitality Business Management from the Hotel Management School of Galicia she has worked extensively in both Event Management and Wedding Planning. She has produced events and worked in top catering and events company’s all over the world including London, Berlin, Ibiza and China.
Being born and brought up in Ibiza, Cristina brings that essential local knowledge and help on the ground is invaluable, her network contacts, hidden- gem venues, expertise and years of experience will ensure no detail is missed, allowing the planning process to be enjoyable and stress free for her clients. Her close interaction and incorporation of each couples ideas and her creative approach ensures uniqueness every time.
ARJUN Corporate and Event Sales
Being entrusted with driving the logistics and financial management at Silver Spoon is no coincidence. Arjun knows first-hand how it feels to be ground down by the corporate millstone. Prior to working at Silver Spoon, he was a banker.
Graduating from Cambridge, Arjun spent a decade running the Corporate Finance departments in the largest Financial Organisations in the City of London where he managed special projects, oversaw their annual budget, ran their executive level programs, Round-table discussions, and Leadership Conferences.
Over the last several years, through proof reading emails, rewording contracts, managing suppliers at venues and keeping on top of the budget (and dealing with the next day clean-up) his involvement in and love of the wedding industry has only grown. With his reputation for innovative solutions and excellence, he is who you want to be by your side in a crisis.
OJAS Event Head Chef
Ojas demonstrated a passion for fine dining from an early age. After completing a bachelor’s degree in hotel and tourism management in his native India, Ojas moved to England completing a postgraduate degree in hotel and tourism management. He started off his career at the prestigious ‘The Wolseley’ in Mayfair, designing plates focusing on merging both traditional and modern gastronomies.
Ojas’s extensive (multi-continent, multi-institutional) training and deep-seated passion for the power of cuisine coalesce was further enhanced for almost a decade at London’s Iconic OXO Tower where he rapidly worked his way up the ranks in one of the most challenging Kitchens in London. Recently Ojas was invited to a new opening ‘Bronte’ in Trafalgar Square and is currently the acting Head Chef supervising everything at the menu from extravagant giant prawns and luxurious truffle to exotic calamansi, pomegranates and lychees to create eye-popping, impactful dishes.
Taking inspiration from Asian cuisine, while continuously researching regional dishes, Ojas has managed to combine his heritage with his love of British ingredients to create a unique and innovative modern take on classic British and Mediterranean cuisine.
JOAN Front of House Manager
Joan is already a stand-out in the service industry of Ibiza. Starting his career in various high profile restaurants in Valencia he rapidly worked his way through the ranks cumulating in being appointed as one of the youngest Head Waiters in the 3 star Michelin Restaurant Zafferano, a hotspot for London elite and an eating spot of celebrities such as Madonna and Al Pacino. Even then, Juan was setting his sights on the stars to begin his own business to live up to his full potential.
As the host, Joan understands you also set the mood and tone of the event. His personal style has been described as “direct” by most. Get to know him and Joan will be one of the funniest people you know, but also respectful. He always treats his guests by being friendly, but professional. He lives his life by the Golden Rule: treat others the way you want to be treated.
ZOE Assist. Front of House Manager
Zoe is a true hospitality professional by vocation. Inspired by Denise, her admirable and hardworking trilingual down-syndrome sister, she found rewarding joy while helping and assisting others from an early age.
After graduating in nursing she chose to turn her professional career towards the hospitality industry. Zoe purposefully chose differing environments and businesses in hospitality to work in. From wonderful gastro-pubs and cocktail bars to grand fine dining events and lightning fast paced Ibiza bistros (with constant turnovers). This allowed her to ensure her skills can be easily adapted in any situation and to know and understand to operate fully the extraordinary dynamics asks in each area.
