Hidden in valley of Cala Vadella lies this traditional villa that has been refurbished in the past year and that is an ideal location not only for your Ibiza Wedding but also for a relaxing holiday in Ibiza. The villa sleeps 12 people (5 double bedrooms and 1 twin room - all rooms on suite) with the possibility of an extra twin room that is ideal for children. This Wedding Villa will hold events of up to 100 people but would still be magical for more intimate events! We also have another two villas within walking distance that would sleep 4 people (without pool - ref. 416) and 6 people (with pool - ref. 911). LocationThis villa is located between the village of San Jose and the beach of Cala Vadella. By car you can be at the beach in 5 min. Welcome Drink areaThis villa gives you many possibilities when it comes to the event flow. It would really depend on how many people are attending the event that we would make it flow in one way or another. I will be basin this on a 50 people event as it is a more often number than a 100 peoples Ibiza wedding. I loved the wooden gate at the entrance of the villa and straight after it there is a covered patio on your right. This will be our main bar. From here we will serve all guests that arrive at the Wedding Venue a refreshing non-alcoholic arrival drink. What I love of this patio is that it has an open concept kitchen, so your guests can have a small peep to see what is going to be on the menu for the day. Ceremony SpaceAs soon as I saw the gazebo area I knew this would be the ideal place for the couple to stand in-front of their guests (if either the bride and groom are taller than 1,75 meters then maybe this is not the perfect location, we would need to check). Decorations here would be minimum and we would make sure that this space is re-utilized later as a chill out space. Reception SpaceThe reception spaces are never quite limited as it is nice that people do what they want and don't feel constrained to a certain area although they were. As we would have set the bar under the covered terrace we will find that people tend to keep to this space - it is shaded and there are beers! There is also a covered area by the main pool that can be converted to a chill-out space and for this we can use the furniture available at the villa. As a form of entertainment during the Reception of your Ibiza Wedding I tend to recommend that you hire in a musician. If you are offering Chorizo canapes and refreshing Sangria during this time, imagine how well a Spanish guitar player will go down. This type of details are barely expensive (less than 500 Euros) and can be the cherry on the pie. Wedding DinnerThis wedding villa has plenty of space for the Wedding dinner. Tables can be laid out however you prefer among the space shown in the image above and we would discuss this when visiting the property and having an estimate on attendees. After Dinner BarGoing back to where we started - by the entrance and under the covered patio - we will set the DJ equipment and run the bar. This space is perfect for your open bar. The walls don't only give you that enclosed feeling, which is very important as you need to set spaces/areas in an event, but also it will cover you from the humidity of Ibiza - it gets serious in the summer here and it can seem that it has rained over night some times. ParkingParking is limited to 5-6 cars. For any event over 30 we consider we should arrange shuttles at the end of the night.
